And Pagbilao Vice Mayor Shierre Anne Portes Palicpic is feeling it. This was why she and her mother recently cooled off with glasses of halo halo.
They posed for a photo with their sweet treats, and Palicpic shared the shot on Facebook.
They had to have halo halo as it was so hot, she said.
The heat even left her hair a mess, she added.
