The General Luna local government wants to expand the road network in the town, but the project has run into right of way issues.
Fortunately, General Luna Mayor Matt Florido was able to resolve one of these issues.
In a Facebook post, Florido said he visited Barangay Malaya to address a right of way matter concerning a road project sponsored by Quezon Gov. Helen Tan.
He talked to the owner of the concerned property and was able to find a resolution to the problem.
“Sa maayos na pakikipag-usap natin sa may-ari ng lupa, nasolusyonan na natin ang ating problema sa right of way. Maraming maraming salamat po Nanay Waway sa iyong kabutihan. Maaasahan mo po ang aming tulong sa iyo,” he said.
He also thanked Barangay Captain Pablito Aguila for accompanying him during the discussion.
