Alfonso Mayor Randy Salamat announced that the local government and the Biyaya Animal Care will offer free spaying and neutering services for pet dogs on March 26, beginning 9 am.
Salamat said 50 slots would be opened for the first batch. Those who would not make it would be given a schedule for the next batch, he said.
Those who want to register for the service should sign up with the Office of the Mayor and bring a barangay certificate of indigency.
