After spending time distributing free soap, vitamins, and medicines to her constituents, Angono Councilor Jhoana Duran gave herself a little treat.
In a Facebook post, Duran said she tried out the trending Halo-Halo ni Buneng in Barangay Bagumbayan to see what the hype is all about.
She said she fell in line just like other customers. There should be no special treatment for officials, she said.
The wait was worth it as the halo halo was delicious, she said.
The place also offers more snacks.
The place is open from 11 am to 10 pm, but she advised those who want to try it out to arrive early as the store gets sold out quickly.

madami pa po sila ibang tinda na pang merienda. Make sure agahan nyo po pag punta baka sold out agad sa dami ng umoorder.
