It is important for students in Cavite City, especially those in special education, to have the tools they need for their lessons.
This is why the city government distributed phone tablets to SPED students, according to Cavite City Mayor Denver Chua.
Chua said one of his priorities is to provide them with gadgets to ensure that they would get quality education.
He thanked his partners in the project.
He also vowed to implement more programs for PWDs.
