Infanta Vice Mayor LA Ruanto’s new baby is already one month old, and he celebrated this milestone by sharing the cutest photos of Lionel.
In a Facebook post, Ruanto shared some of the snaps from Lio’s photo shoot.
One showed him sleeping in a hot air balloon, while in another, he had on a beret and a bow tie.
In another photo, he was wearing the uniform of the Phoenix Suns
