General Luna Mayor Matt Florido is not done playing Santa.
Florido said he knows many workers had already spent their money to celebrate Christmas, and he is here to help them.
In a Facebook post, he said regular employees would receive their P20,000 service recognition incentive and P1,250 rice allowance on Tuesday.
Job Order employees, contractual workers, and locally funded teachers would receive their P5,000 gratuity pay and P1,250 rice allowance.
“Kahit na 4th class municipality tayo, dahil sa pagsinop ng pondo ay mayroon tayong espesyal na handog sa inyo ngayong bago magtapos ang taong 2022,” he said.
He thanked them for their service as well.
