Laguna Board Member Karla Adajar held her first Kapehang Kabataan with youth groups from her district.
Adajar met with 13 San Pablo-based youth organizations to get their thoughts and learn about their interests.
She would use their input in formulating policy and drafting ordinances that would benefit them, she said.
She said her Kapehang Kabataan would serve as a platform where she would get to know the young people from her district and hear them speak up.
She also aims to involve in them in governance.
