The Antipolo City government is forging on with its efforts to promote the consumption of rabbit meat.
The City Veterinary Office teamed up with the Association of Rabbit Meat Producers to strengthen the rabbit meat production program, according to Mayor Jun Ynares.
Ynares said the rabbit raisers also want to popularize the consumption of rabbit meat as an alternative to chicken, pork, and beef.
They are promoting dishes such as rabbit meat burger, rabbit meat adobo, morcon, adobo sa gata at rabbit meat samgyup style, he said.
He urged the public to try rabbit meat, which he said is healthy aside from being delicious.
