It looks like General Luna Mayor Matt Florido had a fun weekend, but it took its toll on Monday.
In a Facebook post, Florido shared that he had a hangover and a headache on the first working day of the week.
But he still had to reported for duty.
He took a selfie to commemorate his state.
He got a bit of the Monday blues!
