Lucena Mayor Mark Alcala signs order to improve customer service in the city
Lucena Mayor Mark Alcala’s first act as local chief executive was to ensure that his constituents would get proper service at the city hall.
Alcala’s Executive Order No. 1 provided for the establishment of the Lucena City Customer Service Excellence Committee, and defined its duties and functions.
He wants people to be able to have smooth transactions at city hall, he said.
“Sa unang Executive Order na nilagdaan ng inyong lingkod, magkakaroon po tayo ng maayos na customer service sa ating mga transaksyon dito sa Lucena City Government Complex,” he said.
