Infanta Vice Mayor LA Ruanto had a special Father’s Day this year.
This was because he learned that he would be a dad again for the third time.
In a Facebook post, Ruanto shared a photo of their baby’s ultrasound.
He thanked the Lord that his second-born, Lexi, would now become a big sister.
