Imus opens new sewage treatment plants

Imus has opened new sewage treatment plants at the Imus Public Market and at the Bahayang Pag-asa Public Market, Mayor Emmanuel Maliksi announced.
Maliksi said these new facilities are part of his advocacy to help the environment.
“Sa pamamagitan ng mga pasilidad na ito, ang mga ginagamit nating tubig ay sapat na nililinis upang ligtas itong maibalik sa ating kapaligiran,” Maliksi said.
Joining him during the inauguration of the sewage treatment plant were his wife Councilor-elect Jelyn Maliksi, Market Administrator Nestor Camantigue, City Administrator Jose Elmer “Emoy” Francisco, and other local government employees.
