Trece Martires Mayor Gemma Lubigan joins inauguration of new Calabarzon drug abuse treatment and rehab center

Trece Martires Mayor Gemma Lubigan joined the opening of the Department of Health’s Drug Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation Center in the Calabarzon region.
The facility is located in Trece Martires.
It was built on a five-hectare area donated by the provincial government of Cavite.
It is intended to cater to illegal drug users and drug dependents from the region.
Also present at the inauguration and blessing were Interior Secretary Eduardo Año, Health Undersecretary Leopoldo Vega, Japan International Cooperation Agency Chief Representative Sakamoto Takema, and representatives and heads from national agencies.
