Laguna Gov. Ramil Hernandez is very proud of young Laguna beauty Jihaynne Jirah Shamah Hernandez.
In a Facebook post, the governor congratulated Jihaynne for winning two crowns in an international beauty pageant: Miss Teen International 2022 and Queen International 2022.
She bagged the crowns during the Miss Teen International 2022 contest held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in April.
Lagunenses are very pleased with the honor she brought to the country, the governor said.
Her beauty and grace are outstanding, he added.
