Pagbilao gets highest COA rating

Pagbilao Mayor Shierre Ann Portes-Palicpic is ending her term on a good note as the local government received the highest Commission on Audit rating for 2021.
This is only the second time it has received the unmodified audit opinion since 2013, according to the Pagbilao local government.
An unmodified audit opinion is given to local governments that were able to use public funds in a proper, transparent, efficient, and responsible manner.
“Isang mainit na pagbati para sa mga minamahal na kababayang PagbilaoWINS at sa Municipal Accounting Office para sa karangalang ito,” the local government said on Facebook.
