Batangas Rep. Eileen Ermita-Buhain bids Congress goodbye, gives thanks for the chance to serve
Batangas Rep, Eileen Ermita-Buhain is bidding the House of Representatives goodbye after nearly two decades of serving the first district.
But before leaving, Buhain expressed her gratitude to the Lord for the opportunity to serve the first district of Batangas.
She also thanked her family for supporting her, and her constituents for trusting her to represent them.
She dedicates the award she received from the House to them as they had been her strength and inspiration for improving the first district, she said.
But even if her term would end, this does not mean her service would come to a halt as well.
She would support her husband Eric as he replaces her and serves as district representative next term, she said.
She won’t stop helping the Batangueños!
