Taytay Councilor Patrick Alcantara asks local police to step up security, especially near 24 hour shops
Taytay Councilor Patrick Alcantara has asked the Taytay police to step up security measures, especially around convenience stores and 24-hour establishments.
Alcantara, who chairs the peace and order and public safety committee, met with outgoing Taytay police chief Col. Frank Panisan and incoming police chief Major Norman Cas-Oy to relay his request.
He asked them to increase efforts to secure the municipality to maintain peace and order.
“Ang mga convinient stores po at mga 24 hours na tindahan ang mga inaasinta ng mga kawatan,” he said.
He also asked Taytay residents to remain vigilant, even as he assured them that the police, the local government, and the barangays are working to keep them safe.
