General Nakar acquires new rescue speedboat

The General Nakar local government has upgraded its capability to respond to emergencies by acquiring a new rescue speedboat.
The rescue speedboat would be for the use of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office.
The vessel was subjected to a sea trial along Little Beach in Barangay Pamplona to check if it is ready for deployment, the General Nakar LGU said on Facebook.
“Sa ilalim ng mahusay na liderato ng ating MDRRMC Chairman, Mayor Esee Ruzol, patuloy ang pagtitiyak ng ating Lokal na Pamahalaan na may sapat at kumpletong mga kagamitan at kasanayan ang tanggapan ng MDRRMO upang sa lahat ng oras ay makapagbigay ng mabilis, mahusay at matinong serbisyo sa bayan,” it said.
