It looks like General Luna Mayor Matt Florido had the makings of a mayor even when he was young.
In a Facebook post, Florido shared a photo of himself as a young boy looking very assertive.
He was dressed in a long-sleeved shirt and pants and had his hands on his hips.
He joked that even when he was young, he already looked like a mayor.
Is this destiny?
