Majayjay to launch another operation tuli

Boys in Majayjay still have a chance to undergo a rite of passage courtesy of the local government.
Majayjay Mayor Jojo Clado said it will conduct another operation tuli on May 18.
It will be held at the rural health unit beginning 8:30 a.m., Clado announced on Facebook.
He encouraged boys to participate, and said the procedure would not hurt.
“Pwede pa humabol.. huli ng pagkakataon para matulian.. wag na mag isip.. Magpatuli na Hindi po masakit.. pain lesss,” he said.
Those who want to join the event should bring a school ID or barangay certificate, and a letter of consent from their parents.
