Mataasnakahoy Vice Mayor Jay Ilagan would like his constituents to know that there is a new doctor in town.
It’s none other than him, although he’s not the kind of doctor that deals with illnesses.
In a Facebook post, Ilagan said he has completed his final defense for his doctorate in development administration.
With a PhD, he can officially be called a doctor.
“FINAL DEFENSE for Doctorate in Development Administration!
THERE’S A NEW DOCTOR IN TOWN!
