Beauty titlist and Los Baños candidate Leren Mae Bautista denies asking supporters to vote for only one councilor

Beauty queen and candidate for Los Baños Councilor Leren Mae Bautista denied claims that she had asked her supporters to practice single voting and to only shade her name on the ballot.
“May mga kumakalat pong larawan na tayo daw po ay nagpapulong upang idikta na mag-single vote tayo sa pagkakonsehal at tahasan po nating sinasabing hindi po ito totoo,” Bautista said on Facebook.
She said she believes in the sanctity of the ballot and would never dictate on voters.
She is saddened about the spread of false claims about her and asked voters not to fall for these, she said.
“Bilang bagong kandidato sa pagkakonsehal, nalulungkot po tayo na maging target ng propaganda tulad nito ngayon pa lamang kung kaya naman nakikiusap po ako sa inyong lahat na maging mapanuri po tayo sa mga lumalabas na balita, at beripikahin po natin kung totoo ang mga ito bago tayo maniwala,” she said.
