Quezon Rep. David Suarez says he has no pending Ombudsman case

Quezon Rep. David Suarez has shown proof that he is not facing any case or complaint before the Office of the Ombudsman.
In a Facebook post, Suarez shared the clearance he received from the anti-graft body.
It certified that he has no pending criminal and administrative case as of December 23, 2021.
He himself sought the issuance of the certificate.
This should clear things up!
