Cavite Rep. Boy Blue Abaya vows to prioritize the education of the youth

Cavite Rep. Boy Blue Abaya is planning to shift from legislator to mayor, and he has vowed to continue to prioritize the education of the youth when he becomes a local chief executive.
Abaya, who is running for Kawit mayor, said on Facebook that it has always been his goal to give the youth a brighter future, which was why he has been providing scholarships to them for more than two decades.
For the 2020-2021 school year, he had 35,589 Abaya Iskolar beneficiaries from Grades 3 to Grades12.
He has no plan of stopping his support, he said.
“Asahan nyo po na ipagpapatuloy at pag iigtingin pa natin ang binibigay nating tulong at suporta sa kanila, lalo na sa kabataang Kawiteño. Makakaasa din po kayo na kami ay magiging mabuting gabay at halimbawa sa ating mga kabataan ng pagiging masipag at produktibong lingkod bayan at mabuting miyembro ng lipunan,” he said.
