Cainta Councilor Charis Kay Ilagan seeks help identifying woman who took her tarp

Cainta Councilor Charis Kay Ilagan works hard to afford to put up tarpaulins for her and her father’s candidacies, so she won’t ignore efforts to take these down.
In a Facebook post, Ilagan shared photos of a woman who took down a tarpaulin that bore her name and that of her father Mon Ilagan, who is running for Vice Mayor.
The woman was seen at DM court.
Ilagan wondered where the woman was taking the tarpaulin, and appealed to the public not to take down their campaign materials.
They worked hard and endured sleepless nights to pay for those, she said.
She asked for help in identifying the woman.
They could send her a message about it, she said.
PM is the key!
