Majayjay Mayor Jojo Clado had a meaningful Holy Week because he got to play one of Jesus Christ’s apostles.

In a Facebook post, Clado thanked Monsignor Melchor Barcenas for giving him the chance to participate in the activity, which he said had been a humbling experience.

It was easy because he had to kneel on the ground as well as walk for long periods, but he said these were still small sacrifices compared to what Jesus experienced.

He did all these for the glory of the Lord, he said.
