Tagkawayan Mayor Carlo Eleazar updates constituents on energy projects
Tagkawayan Mayor Carlo Eleazar has assured his constituents that he is bent on pursuing energy security for the town.
In a Facebook post, Eleazar said he initiated the Biomass Power Plant, Tagkawayan Renewable Energy Power Plant, and solar-powered street lamps project to ensure the town would have enough energy sources in the future.
He said napier grass is now being planted as this would be used in the Tagkawayan Renewable Power Plant.
The process for the construction of the Biomass Power Plant has also started, while the solar-powered street lamps are already in place, he said,
