Taytay Councilor Pia Cabral does not have big bucks for her vice mayoralty bid, but she does not let this deter her.
In a Facebook post, Cabral shared a photo of her addressing the crowd and said the lack of a stage for her speech is not a problem.
She said she does not use government funds for the campaign and has had to improvise.
But this is no problem, she said, as a huge amount is not necessary to share her platform to the people.
She also expressed gratitude to the appreciative crowd.
