Quezon helps take care of surrendered Philippine Long-Tailed Macaque

The Quezon provincial government has taken care of a Philippine Long-Tailed Macaque that was surrendered to Tayabas.
The Office of the Provincial Veterinarian checked the condition of the monkey upon request of the environment office of Tayabas.
Thankfully, it had no health problems.
“The animal was physically assessed by the resident veterinarians and was found to be in good condition,” the Quezon public information office reported.
The provincial veterinarian recommended the rehabilitation of the monkey at the City Environment and Natural Resources Office in Calauan, Laguna.
