May nanalo na! Calaca resident wins car in vaccine raffle

The Calaca local government has made good on its promise to award prizes to residents who will get vaccinated against COVID-19.
Calaca Mayor Nas Ona announced the winners of the raffle draw on March 24, before the start of the local campaign period.
The grand prize was a Toyota Wigo and the winner was Bernadette Baldrias.
“Laking tuwa ng ating Grand Prize winner na si Bernadette Baldrias na nagkataong naroroon lamang sa kanyang opisina sa PNP office. Kaya naman dali-daling siyang sinundo upang maigawad sa kanya ang susi ng Brand New TOYOTA WIGO!” Ona said on Facebook.
The second prize winner, Carl Delos Reyes, won a cow, while the third prize winner, Gina Ramos, won groceries worth P30,000.
Ona said the raffle had more than 65,000 entries and the winners were validated to check if they were qualified.
He congratulated the winners of the raffle.
Not only where they protected against the virus, they got prizes as well.
