Rizal provincial government mourns passing of Board Member Rolando Rivera
The Rizal provincial government is mourning as it has lost one of its own, Board Member Atty. Rolando Rivera.
Rivera passed away on March 24.
In a Facebook post, the provincial government paid tribute to Rivera.
It described him as a cheerful, smart, and compassionate Board Member.
He was progressive and was good at what he did. He helped the provincial government in crafting laws to improve the lives of the people in the province, it said.
He had a productive term in the provincial board and was well loved and respected by his colleagues and by the people, especially by those from his hometown of San Mateo, it added.
The provincial government will miss him!
This is not goodbye, Bokal Atto, rather, see you in the next life! We will surely miss you!” the provincial government posted on Facebook.
