Los Baños LGU receives vaccination awards

The COVID-19 vaccination team of the Los Baños local government has done well, and proof of this are the honors it received during the Resbakuna Kasangga ng Bida Provincial Awarding Ceremony.
Los Baños was recognized as an Outstanding Municipality for supporting the vaccination campaign, and as Best Performing Government Unit during the first two national vaccination days.
It also received a Special Citation for being the municipality with the highest coverage of its fully vaccinated target population as of December 18 (80.13%), and was Top Performing Municipality with the highest coverage of 100% of Target Population with at least 1 dose of Covid-19 Vaccine as of December 18.
Los Baños Mayor Antonio Kalaw received the awards and expressed gratitude to the local government’s partners in carrying out the mass immunization campaign.
“Aniya, ang mga award na ito ay patunay sa sama-samang pagsusumikap ng buong Pamahalaang Bayan, mga frontliner, RHU, LB Resbakuna Team, iba’t ibang ahensiya na nakibahagi at patuloy na nakikibahagi pa sa kampanya ng ating bayan laban sa COVID-19 at higit sa lahat ng mga mamamayan ng Los Baños na nakiisa sa ating adhikain na labanan at puksain ang Covid-19 at magbigay ng #SerbisyongTotooDiretsoSaTao dito sa ating bayan,” the local government said on Facebook.
