San Pedro Mayor Lourdes Cataquiz has a personal connection to Mans Carpio, husband of vice presidential candidate Sara Duterte.
Cataquiz welcomed Carpio to her office recently when the latter paid her a visit.
It turns out that Carpio is the best friend of the mayor’s eldest child Alexis.
Does this mean the mayor’s choice for VP should not come as a surprise?
