Some people use lugaw to as a pejorative term, but for Antipolo Councilor Susan Garcia Say, it can be nutritious and delicious.
Say teamed up with Agimat party list to conduct a feeding program for children in Northville.
They served lugaw and bread as snacks, she said in a Facebook post.
The children came away with full tummies, while she and the party list had full hearts from seeing the children smile, she said.
Lugaw makes people happy!
