The new Cabinet Secretary Melvin Matibag has brought honor to San Pedro.
This was according to Mayor Lourdes Cataquiz, who congratulated Matibag on his recent appointment as Cabinet Secretary.
In a Facebook post, Cataquiz said this was a milestone for Matibag and the beginning of a fruitful journey for him.
