Atimonan residents have made the local government proud for their performance in the King of Calabarzon bike race held in Laguna.

In a Facebook post, the Atimonan public relations office congratulated Jethro Suarez Jimenez, Justin Lao, and Julius Caesar Villareal for their performance in the Open Category.

Also participating in the race was Atimonan resident Alen Cristian, who joined the Newbie Category.

Lao placed 6th, Villareal placed 10th, while Jimenez placed 12th in the race, it said.

“Congratulations! Nawa’y patuloy ninyong ipakilala ang bayan ng Atimonan at ipagmalaki ang pagiging Atimonanin!” it said in a Facebook post.
