Silang Mayor Corie Poblete knows that most things can be done online, but danger also lurks in the space.
Poblete is supporting efforts to make the internet a safer place.
In a Facebook post, Poblete said people have been warned to think before they click especially when using social media and internet applications.
The trend now is to move toward a digital economy, she noted.
People who know how to keep themselves safe have an advantage, she said.
