Taytay tiangge to be included in tourist itineraries
Taytay’s tiangges are bound for bigger exposure.
This is because international and domestic tourism organizers will include a a stop at the tiangges in their itineraries, according to Taytay Mayor Joric Gacula.
“Good news Taytay! Dadayuhin na tayo ng mga turista!” Gacula said on Facebook.
He said two busloads of tourists have since stopped off at the tiangges and were assisted by a Taytay tourism official.
Police were also in the area to secure the visitors, he said.
