Alfonso Mayor Randy Salamat feels good that his daughter Laira has gotten her first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
Salamat was on daddy duty as he accompanied Laira for her jab.
He said the COVID-19 vaccine is now available to children in Alfonso aged 5 to 11 years old.
He praised the kids who were brave enough to face the needle.
He also thanked the frontliners and the parents for doing their part to protect the children.

Ngayong araw po ay nagkaroon tayo ng bakunahan para sa mga minamahal nating 5-11 years old na batang Alfonseños.
Nakakaproud rin po ang ibang mga bata na talagang matapang na nagpabakuna.
Salamat po sa ating mga frontliners, kawani ng munisipyo at syempre sa mga magulang ng batang Alfonseños na kaagapay natin para sa tuloy-tuloy na paglaban sa pandemya.
