Santa Cruz Vice Mayor Laarni Malibiran’s panganay has turned 19, and she is proud of the person her daughter is becoming.
In a Facebook post, Malibiran greeted her daughter a happy birthday.
She said she loves seeing her growing up to be mature.
She also expressed her appreciation for her daughter’s help in taking care of her brother.
All she wishes is for her daughter to remain humble and kind, she added.
She is one proud momma!
