Cavite Rep. Pidi Barzaga lauds chess wizard for winning another tourney

Cavite Rep. Pidi Barzaga is happy to see the province’s own chess wizard Internațional Master Daniel Quizon dazzle his opponents.
In a Facebook post, Barzaga said Quizon won the gold medal in the grand finals of the Chess Men’s Division at the Blitz event.
Quizon was the champion in the country’s National Open Chess, which earned him a spot in the SEA Games.
He will complete in two SEA Games events in May, said Barzaga.
His spot in the SEA Games is well deserved!
