Taytay hosts forum on preventing child sexual abuse

The local government of Taytay has taken steps to protect children from sexual abuse and orientation.
It recently hosted a Sexual Abuse Awareness Forum as part of its observation of National Awareness Week for the Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation.
Taytay Mayor Joric Gacula said this is part of parents’ and public officials’ responsibility of protecting children.
“Sila ang pag-asa ng ating bayan kaya’t dapat sila ay ating napapangalagaan, nabibigyan ng sapat na atensyon at nailalayo mula sa karahasan,” Gacula said on Facebook.
