Adversities made his brother Kyle a better person, says Cavite Board Member Kerby Salazar
Cavite Board Member Kerby Salazar’s brother Kyle had to go through a lot of challenges while growing up because of the problems faced by their family.
Salazar recalled Kyle’s experiences as he greeted the latter on his birthday.
In a Facebook post, Salazar said the family had to go through hardships when their business folded, but Kyle weathered it all without complaining.
Kyle was unable to enroll immediately in a private school, and had to make do with only one pair of pants when he was in elementary school.
He was teased about the ill-fitting pair, but he never complained.
At a young age, he understood the family’s situation.
Salazar said these experiences molded Kyle to be loving and compassionate to other people, and the adversities made him a better person.
Now that the family is in a better situation, Kyle could get pants that fit him.
And it looks like this will be Salazar’s gift to his brother!
Happy Birthday, Boy! Mahal na mahal kita. Tena, ibibili kita ng bagong pantalon,” Salazar posted.
