Quezon Rep. Helen Tan’s husband Ronnel made a grand gesture to mark their anniversary.
He surprised her with huge bouquet of yellow flowers, which is the “pinaka bonggang bouquet” she has ever received, Tan said on Facebook.
She shared the video of the delivery of the flowers, which surprised her.
The bouquet was so big it was twice her height.
It’s a bouquet fit for a celebration!
