Antipolo City observes National Mental Health Week
The Antipolo City government reminded residents to take time to care for their mental health as it joined the observance of National Mental Health Week.
In a Facebook post, it said having good mental health helps people to better address the challenges and problems they face in their daily lives.
“Kapag good ang ating mental health, productive tayo sa trabaho at mas nakakatulong tayo sa komunidad,” it said.
As per Proclamation 432, the third week of January is National Mental Health Week, it noted.
This aims to promote sound mental health as a necessary tool to the attainment of individual happiness and efficiency, establishment of peace, and order, and to the promotion of economic and cultural progress.
