Santa Maria Mayor Cindy Carolino shares advice to scholars

Santa Maria Mayor Cindy Carolino’s distribution of financial assistance to her scholars came with a side of advice.
In a Facebook post, Carolino shared her message to the students.
She urged them to study well and to prepare for the future.
They should appreciate the opportunities that come their way and should not be too impatient to see what tomorrow would bring, she said.
All she wants is for them to have a better future, she said.
