Silang Vice Mayor Aidel Belamide greets the country’s first New Year baby

The Philippines’ New Year Baby is from Silang, and Vice Mayor Aidel Belamide made sure to greet the new bundle of joy.
In a Facebook post, Belamide shared a photo of baby Alexa.
She was born to Catherine Llantos at the Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital in Manila in the first few minutes of January 1.
Belamide called for good wishes for Alexa’s robust health and happy life.
Her birth is a symbol of hope!
