Santa Rosa Mayor Arlene Arcillas has a busy schedule, but she does not let work consumer her.

In a Facebook post, Arcillas shared how she balances work and play.

She said that during one working day, she held a meeting with national officials while working from home.

She alternated this with rest and a yoga session.

Life is about balance, she said.

And it looks like she has mastered it!
