San Jose, Batangas honored for disaster preparedness
It is very crucial for a local government to be prepared to handle and mitigate the effects of calamities.
And San Jose, Batangas has got this covered.
San Jose achieved a fully compliant rating during the 2021 Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils and Offices assessment, according to Mayor Ben Patron.
Patron said on Facebook that San Jose was 62nd out of 142 towns who were honored in the Calabarzon region.
He thanked the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management team headed by Art Dimaculangan for its efforts.
Mabuhay po tayong lahat!” he added.
